The Platte River runs through the city and it is a great place to people watch, go for a stroll, or even go tubing in the river. The job market is strong in Denver and the unemployment rate is very low so it is easy to find a job. The hardest part is finding a place to live. There is a lot of competition with apartments and with homes, so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to look for a place to live.
